trixxie17: Excellent contest entry Jim - and I too like the B&W sketch post processing to accentuate the age.
Joanie: Did you put this together as a manip or is it an actually shot? Either way, its really cool and superb Jim!!! Good luck!!

corngrowth: Kathy, in my country (Holland) they were called 'poezie album plaatjes'.
Most of the girls had an unwritten poetry album where (similar but smaller) die-cut valentines were pasted by family and friends and an appropriate text or poem was written. My late wife had even more albums. This habit continued here till about 1955. Brings warm memories to me!
Wonderful entry. Good Luck my friend.

luckyshot: Beautifully captured, Laura.
tigger3: Laura,You sure have a good contest entry with this one, it's a beautiful oldie. tigs=^..^=
Ramad: Well done and congrats Laura on securing 3rd place in the contest.
trixxie17: This is a great capture Laura and perfect fit for the contest!
mirto56: Stay up. Stay up. Stay up! This is a great entry for the contest, Tick. The spelling of the name and the way the letters are split by the wood, reminds me of a TV commercial for this brand with three frogs ribbiting the name. Good luck!
tigger3: Vintage is a understatement. :) tigs =^..^=
Eubeen: Congrats on the contest, Bob. So did you shoot this with your first camera all those years ago? Good post work on the image.
Jimbobedsel: Another great looking possible entry to the vintage contest, OB. The sepia and the grain in the shot really makes this one look antique.
