An unusual take on the normal flower image. Great work!

A good eye and perfect lighting. Yellow flowers that are photographed in full sun usually throw out so much yellow it changes the color of everything else. Shooting this one in either overcast of filtered shade gives the greenery around it a chance to contrast pleasantly. I also really like the creative border you used, making it appear to tuck in behind some of the leaves. Lastly, great title...but then you always put a lot of thought into titles, eh? -Nik

Good close-up shot of the sunflower with clear details. Lovely colours too.

Think she isn't aware of her beauty, else she wasn't that shy.

Perfect capture Lyn.

No, you are all wrong as she must be saying: "No, not just yet, dear agent, I have not done my hair yet !" And then she pulls the veil over her face ! :)

Lyn - Even the shy ones deserve the attention of the camera lens. Only the slightest breeze makes them shy. I like this different presentation of the sunflower. Thad
