What a beautiful carpet of leaves you have for us Paul! I really like how you created a visual path for the viewer's eyes to follow by using the trees as a natural frame. My eyes were wandering all the way to the background of this photograph, wanting to go even deeper into the forest.
Even without that blast of Autumn color, there is great diversity in the coloration of the leaves and that adds such great depth to this image. Many thanks for sharing it with me ;=)

Whoa Paul, this shot is dazzling! The line of trees add grandeur to this view. The autumn orange and golds are splendid. I would love to run through that carpet of leaves and make them all crunch :) Your work is amazing, and thanks!
