I live in Oregon too, just west of Portland a ways...you are so right...the green here is what is so gorgeous. All the ferns, mosses and trees, plus a ton of other things..I like this photo of yours..its so different..even tho they are pretty much dead tree stumps..its still interesting due to the mosses and greenery...thanx for a great posting..verena-

Very nice. This reminds me of a trek I made through the Adirondacks in upstate NY and I came upon a pond similar too this. Thanks for the memory that you have captured. A very, very nice shot (Oh, and yes I had to walk around the one I found and that was not fun. lol)
