With this one, I like to continue my Mural series (consisting of 17 images now). In the narrative of the 1st one of this series, I've told you that I would show you murals from the range of humorous, religious, artistic to cultural subjects in Zeeland, The Netherlands. Now it's the turn for the religious aspect.
This image was taken (with permission) from a mural painting in the 'Maria Magdalena Church' in the town of Goes, Zeeland, The Netherlands, showing a scene from the Holy Bible, painted in medieval style.

Colourful and beautiful mural of history past - churches sure do have gorgeous murals around on their wall, it's like walking back in the time of each painting. Perfect posting for this gorgeous Sunday morning here.

Beautiful mural. It's interesting that all the colorful figures are on the left, with the right being golden ones. I'm sure there's some symbolism in that. Great photo.
