Photographed at the Silver Bay YMCA Family Conference Center in New York State's Adirondack Park. A scene I was hoping for more of a silhouette, but the sun was not cooperating. B/W Bizsum from Topaz helped me out here. One for LE'S BWC. As always, thank you for looking and leaving a comment.

I do like this shot even if it's a little shy of silhouette Doug - the tranquility seeps gently from the scene.

Stunning B&W photography and very interesting subject, are these two people that had a tif or how one chair turns inwards to the female does that say she is no connection to the gentleman on the right ??.Great detail and very good compstion too, plus I like the lines of dark and light ruining across the floor too.

Both a very moody and relaxing scene Doug. Excellent entry for the Wednesday B&W challenge. Perfectly captured and edited my friend.

Gorgeous work and such a wonderful peaceful scene. Reminds me of the Lake Placid Lodge just outside of Lake Placid NY. My husband and I have been there many times relaxing on the veranda with some good friends and wine of course

Oh I do like this. Tranquility is the word ! Your Topaz smoothing had added to the calmness of the image.
Delighted it is in the BWC - thank you !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Interesting that these two are sitting so far apart. I guess they did not seek conversation there at the lake's edge, Doug. A good shot of the scene.
