My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Thank you for the nice comments everyone, I appreciate them all. This shot was taken awhile ago and has been sitting in a to do folder. Unfortunately, I don't have a record of what plant it was. I'll update and notify you if I find out. And if you like these blossoms, I highly recommend you check out the Royal Poinciana (Delonix regia). It's a much bigger, but equally extravagant flower. And the trees have gorgeous fern-like leaves too. I took this shot of a blossom a few years back: http://www.caedes.net/Zephir.cgi?lib=Caedes::Infopage&image=ryzst-1346049227.jpg
A delightful photo that makes a very pleasing wallpaper !
