Quite a compositional conundrum.. handled well.


I am trying to figure out what, if any, post processing you performed. As the textures of the stone facade(s?) have taken on a look of cloth material (almost corduroy-like).

Intrigues me, simply put.


To really appreciate your photo here, a full-size view is necessary. There's a lot more that meets one's eyes on the comparative note of thumbnail only.


I like how you lined up the vertical to the left-hand side border/edge. And then.. how the image falls away. Kind of, sort of.

Reminds me, at least.. of the passage of time ... and how things become slightly more distorted/change as one moves away from the 'present' (referencing the left-hand side pillar/structure, once again).
