I took an old image of my rescue kitty Bella, that I posted last year, and did a duplicated layer, artistic blur, contrast adj. and some highlighting, and added sepia to the eyes for this final result.
This is my challenge entry this week, and this is my reminder that time is near for this weeks entry deadline.
