This photo was taken at Kyalami during a Wesbank V8 Race in the Vodacom Power Tour. I then motion blurred the background a little, I think it turned out pretty well. The flames often come out the exhaust when they gear down under braking! Hope you enjoy it... Just to add in for those who asked, I used a Cannon 20D with a 75-300mm USM IS Lens. This pic is simply Amazing. The sence of speed is well preserved and it seems like I get the feeling just as I look at it. Nice composition and focusing. If its possible state the equipment used for this and the Exif. Good work!!!

Marvelific! Intersting, Looks kinda like 1st curtain shot as well as 2nd curtain shot with the front / rear bumper shadowing. Was this two shots somehow over laid into one? We want more!!!

That is such a sweet capture!! Did you pan at all or is the background strictly from motion blur? I would like to try different panning methods....so your advice would be greatly appreciated.
