There's water falling in there someplace. You might need an icepick to find it. I already started the job, but one of you can take over if you wouldn't mind. I do realise that I should have started at the top, but I sort of dove headfirst right into the job.

This would be the lower falls in the park. The upper falls are tucked in just up around the bend.

This must be the down part in your image 'Falling Down'... and it's a good thing no one took a swan dive from up there... some pretty impressive ice, totally works in B&W.
