i took this with the infra cam, it is a converted 350d with the internal ir blocking filter removed, but i still have to use an infra filter on the lens....this is what the shots come out like without the ir filter on, i kinda liked it, its a bit surreal, but it will be interesting to see what y'all think! you know me and my experiments! lol

Experiment more! This is so different. Still has an IR feel but tones of colour as well. I like surreal stuff so I`m big on this. Top job hon!

Another good one Jan. The color looks like it is trying to get away or to crash the party. I can't decide which. I do like the effect thought. Good post.

Once again you have made a simple scene come alive. Great depth to this image and as always, strong composition. The colour is the final touch. Nicely done.

This toning/palette is definitely worth working with Jan. The comp on this one is a bit too square to have real punch for me but the elements are all there for a great image.

Hmmmm. I think the image itself is surreal to begin with, but add this change and it really is quite an unusual presentatio. Keep up the experiments. This is just lovely, especially the perspective.

Jan, I take for granted what you are saying in your narrative about experimenting with your ifra cam as I don't have any expertise on that matter. On the other hand you have to take for granted from me (lol) that the result of your experimenting is wonderful!
Regards, Cornelius.

None of what you said up there makes any sense to me Jan, except for maybe the word 'cam' which I'm guessing is what you kids are calling cameras now days:) One thing I am sure of is how much I like this image, it's fabulous, well done girlie.

This is cool I really like it but I don't think I like it as much as the straight IR. Maybe because the flowers aren't as "soft" as I'm guessing they would be with the blocking filter. Although I do hope you keep experimenting with this technique as I'm curious to see a shot done like this with a wider variety of contrasting colors in it. We all love when you experiment Jan :)))
