Took this shot at the same time as "New York Sun Dog" This was just off to the right of that shot. I re-worked it with P.S. 7 to bring focuss onto the Barn itself while leaving it out of the center.
Tools: Blur, Burn, Dodge & desaturate, upon layers of exclusion, normal, and differarnce around 50 % for the sky, w a slight blur. I also through in a drop shadow and color overlay for the dark blue shades. Enjoy. Orriginal picture taken with Canon Rebel Xti - 55mm.

Nice job except the snow is too hot. You did a trade off for affect. Other than that it looks great.

the painting effect is nice, but the halo around the barn needs to be feathered more so it's not so obvious.
