What time did you have to get up to catch a sky like that Mick? Such a stunning colour, with the graves against it. A beautiful capture, and another of yours in my faves x
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
A fantastic shot. I not only like the silhouette of the grave stones but I really like the way that there is just enough light to pick out some of the kerb stones around the graves. This gives a wonderful atmosphere to the whole picture.

I saw this in the the VB and I had to check it out. An amazing capture - I love the composition, the amazing sun rising colour, the glistening stones around the graves, the moss growing on the cross, and the mood. Eerie yet stunning.
All of earth is crammed with heaven And every bush aflame with God But only those who see take off their shoes. - Elizabeth Barrett Browning<p>
