Cool photograph Milo! I like the sky, which appears to have a hint of a storm brewing, as a contrast to the harder lines of the rock. Cool shapes and shades.
Thanks for posting... Smoosh :)

This is a really really good capture. Very different. Your angle on this is different as well, which is a good thing. I like it when people are willing to try different things. I added this to my favorites as well and I cant wait to see how this looks on the desktop.........Thank you

we've already talked about it....a little intense for my liking, although the composition is pretty neat

Well, I am a great "cloud lover" and this one is wonderful. But I love the rock formation..how very interesting, it looks like a giant bird with his beak showing very well. Such grant colours on this stone....I wish I could tell more of just how large it is...maybe if a person stood by it? or a tree nearby? But the placement of the tone etc is very good!! What a nice thing to be able to go out shooting with friends...for good photos....Verena

I don't know why this is intense, but maybe it is because the ground is not in it and you have to draw your conclusions about what lies below the image on the ground.

Wow, what a great photo Milo, the sky is really good against the rock structure.

Hi Milo, I nearly missed this one! Fantastic photograph and a completely different image from the ones I posted. The sky is soooo moody which adds to the quality of the photograph - the day I was there the sky was clear blue! well done!

Thanks for all of the comments. I think ill give alittle more information on what i did to this shot. It is acctually 2 different photos; one exposed for the sky, and one exposed for the ground. Then in photoshop i overlaped them and cut away the parts that were under exposed and over exposed revelaing the part that was right.

aha! the first thing i noticed..ok the second thing..the first being that this image rocks...was that the rock structure seemed super-imposed..since it wasnt in your initial description, i was puzzled at to how you accomplished that sharp edge...great job though

A very dramatic picture. It seems very mysterious in a way. I like how you manipulated the pictures and made it work well together. Good Job!! :)

What can I say.. I love the sky a lot, and the rocks almost looks like a meerkat on watch. Wonderful capture.
