Absolutely stunning capture and great depth of field in this shot.Plus I love all the different warm looking colours the sun is giving producing in this stunning photography.
There's nothing like a properly positioned and well-lit spot to truly show the grandeur of a place like the Grand Canyon. The short red rays of the setting sun separate the stratigraphic layers, giving us a snapshot of millions of years of geologic time The dinosaurs would have been here during several of the thick layers we see here, whereas out time on the planet would be one of the thinnest. I've seen many photos of this place, all a little different but each so descriptive, as is this one. Different light, weather, or seasons give the Grand its moods. Thanks for sharing this mood with us.
