The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
A creation that causes me to wonder what is going on Susanne. Your mind is quicker then my locomotive brain. It is a good contest entry, that I do know. Good luck.
Hello Susanne....I love the simplicity of this work that you have created from your visions and dreams....I am sure this will be in the top three of the contest...Well done....All the very best to you Susanne.....Mick.
Susanne, like your colored orbs taking off from this enchanted black and white world, I hope your picture also takes off and does very well in the contest. Best wishes ~~ John
I love Bryce pictures, so I'm glad you posted this! I like the way the tree casts a shadow across the floor, with the sun right behind it. The globes might look more random and 'natural' if they didn't follow such a straight line, but I like the little oval windows... I wonder who is inside?
Perfect for the 'surreal' contest. The checkerboard landscape has a mesmerizing effect & I love all the elements. Creative work, Susanne & best wishes in the contest.
I see we are going to have to keep an eye on you...I too did not realize you were acquainted with Bryce...excellent entry, Susanne...love the seemingly infinite view...nicely put together and I can see the symbolism in your theme here...I'm sure this will do well in the contest...best of luck.
In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art. ~Rumi~
For in and out, above, about, below,
'Tis nothing but a Magic Shadow-show,
Play'd in a Box whose Candle is the Sun,
Round which we Phantom Figures come and go.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Thank you so much everyone! I am so happy about this. I never thought I could win because there are so many really good creations in the contest. Thank you all once again!
