Tom, I think it's not really some sort of fruit tree blossoms. I suppose that these are the blossoms of a Japanese cherry tree (Prunus serrulata). If so, the name of the tree may be somewhat misleading as it doesn't grow cherries, but it's in gardens only for ornamental reasons. Anyhow a splendid image. Well done!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

I believe that you are right Cornelius because that looks like the tree in the link that you posted. Therefore my previous post "Apple Blossom " is incorrect as well. A different tree altogether but the same species I believe. I am going to leave a post there with a correction. Thanks You.
Very impressive capture. Really appreciate the way the flowers are shown with perfect details and a softer image in the background. This is definitely one of my favorites.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Anyhow a splendid image. Well done!
