Excellent exposure Mike. So much detail is visible. I really like the drifts that have formed by the westerly winds. Is this the tallest peak around your area? Very interesting image:-)
Thanks mayne :D Torreys is just one of many peaks that soar over 14,000ft. Just east of Torreys peak is Grays peak at 14,270ft. Further east is Mount Evans at 14,140ft. For all the 14'er info go here: http://www.14ers.com/photos/photos_14ers1.html
wonderful shot of this magnificent mountain. Good framing. The clouds in the back are a little distracting.... its a pity you couldnt get completely blue sky. Still 10/10 :) well done

Hello Mike. Glad to see your last posts.
I really like how you managed the dark foreground. Congrats :-)
This is an amazing mountain and a great photo!! I love how you can "see through" the snow where its fresh and new. You really got this clear and crips!!
Brilliant, majestic picture. I can almost feel the cool, fresh air wafting into my lungs just by looking at this picture.Great composition and clarity of the image. Colors are beautiful too. Keep up the good work mate.
