The one on the left is the resident Swan..Two Swans and a cygnet landed and immediately the resident Swan went into attack mode..Look carefully and you can just about see the referee in the middle of them.Taken with the new 70-200mm IS L Lens.R.

The titan on the left is aiming for the lower midriff (foul) but his rival is aiming for the neck. This will be a tough fight. Call the vet Richie. Nice action shot. Correction : Excellent shot!

You must have been thrilled to be there to catch that type of action shot! Well done! We tend to think of swans as peacefully gliding about and this shows they have the same behaviours of all birds. Congrats on nailing this so well!
