This image was taken on April 20th, 2024 on the west bank of the river Scheldt, who's floating trough Antwerp, Belgium.
On the east bank of the river the Tavernier quay. On this quay one can see the Polish tall ship (sail training ship) Dar Młodzieży moored there on the occasion of an Antwerp port call; left of the tall ship a river cruise ship; and behind this river cruise ship the former building of the Belgian Loodswezen (Belgian Pilotage) (only available in the Dutch language).
