not this time..... I only had a few hours to walk around on Sunday before leaving for home ...but if you look far enough back in my gallery
here you will see a view from the eye which I took a few years back with my Nikon digicam.

Nice macro of your bicycle wheel. While I've seen many pictures that capture the Eye from a distance, this is the closest I've seen it. Very interesting architecture. Nice job.
I love the graphic look of all those lines, the fantastic clarity and the almost monochrome range. It's a great capture, although you won't find me taking a ride on this! LOL :)
That's one big eye too Patti!! Too bad you missed so much of it in your shot! LOL Kidding, kidding!! Looks like a giant bicycle wheel! I recall when you went on this before! Nice comp.! Great shot!! C):-)

Patti, time is slipping by fast, but not that fast !!! Your other pic was taken in August of last year, or at least that's when you posted it. Thanks for both of these views.
Hi Patti, on a second recent trip to London, I too took some pics of the eye when it was cloudy like this. I never thought of doing one from this perspective, it's an excellent shot - well done! Paul :]
