Wonderful job. Like the colours of the weathervane. The dark sides work great to emphasise that. The angle with which you've taken this, makes it a real winner too.. Well done
When I first saw this I thought who would have a cowboy & horse on their weathervane...could only be one person ~ Dan! LOL!!! I love the angle of this shot & the dramatic looking sky makes a very nice background. Fantastic job.
A real beauty ...
Sherree made a very hilarious comment !!! LOL
This image, dear Dan, will be kept forever in my folder of most favourite desktops !
Thank you, dear friend, and most sunny congratulations [this is for the day and for the night - dreamy congratulations LOL]
Oh I LOVE the colours of the sky and the whole feeling, it sure does remind me of all the days I lived there...I need to "come home" and take a look around. This is a gorgeous photo....Verena
Now who else could make a cowboy on a weathervane look good but Dan the Man!!
I totally agree with everyone else, that sky is gorgeous and looks so good against the color of this. It needs to be pointed East though LOL. Thanks Dan- this is great.
Real art work is the mistery and sometimes when it transformed in rationa way-in words it lost its magic....

WOW Dan. How could I have miss this one. This is so perfect. Lovely color and the angle is perfect. So perfect it could bee. In to my favs and HD right now :)
Saw this as a thumbnail - and it caught my eye, so I took a closer look. Very nice piece - the flash has produced some interesting colours and highlites. Great perspective.
At risk of being flamed for criticising such a good piece, I think you've blocked something out on the left edge of the picture, by the arrow. Maybe just a touch of blur on the edges would blend thing nicely together?
