Wow Darryl, another great capture! I love the dark greens that are in this image. They contrast nicely with the water. The moss looks lovely on the logs that are laying around and I could spot the ferns too. The only thing missing is the mushrooms and the garden faeries :))
Everything looks cool with this shot. Color, quality, clarity and composition. Thnak you :~)

Darryl this capture is just marvelous! This one ought to be in 2006 calendar. I am so sorry but I guess it is to late to submit it. I haven't seen such a stunning shot for quite a long time. If I could give you 11 I would do it.

One of my favourites! I must say you really have a gift for bringing out the best of nature.
Well done Darryl.
A question: when you shoot a photo like this do you reduce the contrast setting on your camera to a minimum, or do you otherwise adjust the highlights/midtones and shadows on the PC? I ask that because it may even further improve a shot like this. The image would become even more balanced, like the eyes would see it for real.
Anyway a 10 from me!

Another lovely photo! Is there a David Meunch style coffee-table book in the works? :) You could certainly compete with him.

I luv the way light or sunshine is played out on various portions of the photo. It makes you look at every pixel. So sharp. Lots of texture. great photo. High marks.
