Byodo-in Temple on Oahu is a Japanese Buddhist temple. Kinda cloudy-bright conditions with threatening rain; maybe that's why not many visitors this day - but good for taking pictures!
Wow, i like the whole scene, the composition of colours is so great. Red is really the typical colour for Japanese Temple, and you captured it so perfect
What a beautiful setting for a temple. Red is apparently a color of good fortune for Asian peoples. The reds and greens look so good in this shot, Rick. I would love to see the whole place.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I also appreciate the way you've composed this photo with us coming in through that sweeping pathway and looking up and beyond to the temple and the mountain above with the low-hanging clouds. Great composition!
