Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.

No need for interpretation here. It is what it is.
Wood that is natural and warm to the touch; that is unless it is taken care of then it will bite back.
Utility of lumber that can be put to good use after its' use to keep hearths ablaze.
Right angles twisted and placed atop one another with a gentle smiling curve as the centerpiece.
Very interesting concept this.

Intercourse of the elements.....akimbo and glowing in the aftermath (How am I doing? in my Hekirby attempt?!).a great concept and though playful, a bit brooding too......Bravo!

It's time to think of yourself as a photographer! This is utterly unique, and please take that as very high praise! I'm not kidding, this is a very cool, gutsy shot that is an eyeful. I am impressed by your capacity to interpret abstract ideas in both pastel and camera, and this is a grade A example. Just terrific!

"There are no rules and regulations for perfect composition. If there were we would be able to put all the information into a computer and would come out with a masterpiece. We know that's impossible. You have to compose by the seat of your pants." -Arnold Newman

The texture of the wood and the shadowplay make my eyes dance... the world turned upside down, inside out... everything askew... sometimes chairs can fly.

I like the feeling it leaves .. the feeling from the corner where you took the picture. Something about the sun in that corner, bit of ivy on the brick and the bits of leaves on the deck beneath. And the story told in the chair pieces. It's a rich corner that would otherwise probably go unnoticed but for your having focussed on it. thank you for sharing it. cheers, Quiet
