Thanks for taking time to comment on my picture “Metallic Purple Rose” The roses at the botanical garden were not very pretty this spring but are starting to look a lot better now.

Thank you for glowing comments regarding "Katarina II". Gone now, so ephemeral, yet so beautiful, if only for a fleeting moment.

Thanks for your comments on "Yellow Campground 2 - Edit" The original was shot with a "yellow" filter so the main color in it is yellow. Thanks for your suggestions though.

Hi Tainith, thanks for commenting on "Maritime Museum", it is freaky when things like that happen. I really appreciate the time you took to stop by. You have some great pics in your own gallery, keep up the good work. Cheers, Kelcey.
Hi there, thanks for your lovely comment on "Let's Twist Again", it does look quite a bit like Fern Gully, I loved that movie as a kid so maybe it inspired me:) Have a great day, Kelcey.
Hey tainith,
Thanks for your comment on Black and White. I actually use Photoshop to stamp my photos with a border when i upload them here. I had considered the clone stamp tool, but didn't believe that it would work very well for what adds up to a large area (i.e., that it would still leave somewhat of a grid across the photo) and so I never pursued it. Now that you have confirmed that is what I should do, I will endeavour to make it work.
Thanks for the advice!
Cameron
It seems to me that what wears us down the most in life aren't the chances we take, but the chances we dont take, the dreams we put aside, the adventures we push away, the questions that are never answered....
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Thanks for commenting on "Abandoned." If you look at it again, towards the bottom of the image, there looks like a little girl standing there with her arms behind her back. She has her back to you.
A beginner with photography. I just got my Nikon D40 a few days ago and I am absolutely obsessed with it. Any comments on my pictures is well appreciated.
Hey...thanks for commenting on "Ring of Fire"...it was an amazing (and somewhat eerie) feeling about being in the caldera of a supervolcano! I don't think 127 miles is going to matter much if it were to erupt...(I don't even think I'm safe over here on the east coast). That kind of thing is a world-changing event. Did you see the exhibit that demonstrated the magnitude of the Yellowstone eruption? It was the one where they filled little cube boxes with sand and stacked them all together. The big pile of sand-filled boxes represented Yellowstone...then they filled only a handful of boxes which represented Mt. St. Helens!!! That really puts things into perspective.
hey thanks for the comment on "glycerine".. The part I hate most about making an image is naming it, so often I just scan every song title on my computer and find one that is doable ;p
