Well, it's been almost a week since voting on our last challenge ended and it doesn't seem as though anyone else is ready to start a new one yet so...are you ready for another one?

Mimi & Me have a few different ideas but recently a dear Owd friend on the site sent me a suggestion for a challenge theme and we thought it might be pretty interesting and hope you do too...SHADOWS.

To borrow a few words from a site I visited recently...(betterphoto.com)... "Shadows create fascinating pictures on their own, and they also are beautiful when paired with their parent object. The contrast between the image and its shadow makes an amazing photograph". After viewing some of the shadow images on that site I would heartily agree.

So, we're looking for lots of creativity and variety, hopefully something brand new, but as before, if you currently have something in your gallery that you strongly feel would be a good entry for this theme, you may submit it.

All art forms are welcome to participate and we hope you do but if it proves a bit difficult for fractalists, don't worry...sometime we'll have a challenge JUST for fractals.

If it is possible to use one from my gallery, I would like to use 'The Edge', this might be the only category it would ever fit in, LOL!
