Cadre memberships now available

I have fixed the major problem with Paypal that was preventing people from getting Cadre memberships via paypal donation. There appears to be some problem remaining that is preventing the automatic upgrade of your account after the donation, but I am manually upgrading the accounts as needed. I've added some diagnostic output to the program that handles the donations, so I may be able to fix it after we get a few more donations going through.

No Geri, mine was for $36. It is registered in my PayPal account as being paid on 06/12/26 to a person with your first and last name (I never knew your full name before). No biggy, however, you'll see it probably pretty soon on your end too. I have wanted to have PayPal fixed ever since my membership ended so I am just happy to know it will soon be all good again! ~~ John
