3rd place
Honeybee #31 by ryzst

Eubeen: Great focus work and a beautiful close up on the bee.

Nikoneer: I have had photographer friends complain that they live in an area where there are no mountains or forests or glistening lakes, blah-dee-blah... So I ask them if they've ever considered the miniature world surrounding them. All they need is a decent macro lens and everywhere there are possibilities for great images; they just need to look low and close. You've obviously learned that well, Russ. Good luck with the competition.

-Nik

4th place
Ladybug by Eubeen

icedancer: Little cute, they are good luck

BarnArt: Great shot Wendell, and not an easy one to make with the light contrast I imagine. Well done sir!

LynEve: Excellent composition Wendell - I like this very much for its elegance and simplicity

5th place
Passionate Purple Tulips by CDHale

snapshooter87: Reminiscent of a painting by one of the masters, Christie.

ryzst: Congratulations for doing so well in the contest. It took all of my pocket change to bribe my way to 3rd place, so coming by your placement honestly was a great feat. And a lovely work it is too, very reminiscent of the French Masters in their Photoshop Period.
