my apologies if I've missed them, but other than a one image per member limit, and a deadline.. I don't seem to be able to find anything else.

specifically I'd like to know if either a) previously posted works are eligible, and b) if reworks or manips are also.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
