casechaser: I think our feathered friend was actually caught by you doing his broadcast, "The pitcher releases the ball. It's an off speed offering that Tyler O'Neill loves and he connects with a powerful swing sending the ball deep into the bleacher seats. Ramad: From my days as a cadet the Texel light vessel was a familiar sight for me. Like everything else light vessels are being replaced with buoys. Nice shot of this real old timer Conelius.

corngrowth: Vicki, either Pompeii or a picturesque town in Greece, this doesn't matter that much because the chosen subject is universal. The red color of the wall flowers stands out, making it to a perfect image for the 'One color that stands out' contest.
