Your comments are always welcome and always kind. Anita, thanks for taking the time to evaluate and comment on 'Luminous beams smoothe the waves.' I'm very grateful.

Thanks Anita for your comments on "Amongst the Clouds"...always much appreciated. This shot was taken in Dominica, a small island in the Caribbean. I'll be sure to check out your shot from Oahu!
Happy Friday, Anita! Thank you for your keen eye and thoughtful feedback on 'Downtown's visual rhythms.' I grappled with uploading it, actually, but your input was very reassuring.

Thanks Anita for viewing and commenting on my Starrs Mill image. This was done with a series of layers. The color was adjusted and one layer was converted to an infrared b&w image with blurring and the fish was another layer. Glad you like it.

Hi Anita: Thanks for your supportive comments on "Falls Lake". After viewing your gallery, I take your commetns as high praise indeed and a sign that I'm improving. You have some amazing photos and I enjoyed browsing through them...thank you!
How nice it is to hear from you again Anita! Thanks for leaving your nice comment on "Labor Of Love #2" i really do like hearing from you. > ♫ ♪ ♫ :)sandi ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫
Hi Anita... good to hear from you.. =) thanks for the wonderful comments on Good Morning Sunshine... i'm so glad you enjoyed it.. it was worth getting out of bed to get shot..
Thanks for the comments on 'Mighty Doe Young' I really appreciate it. The difference between the Tamron and the Sigma? They are two different animals each having it's own feel and way of working. The Sigma is big and heavy and takes some effort to work with and in most cases has to be set up a little differently. It's fun as long as you can find stuff 50mm and farther out to shoot.

Hi, thanks so much for the thoughtful comments on the butterfly images in my gallery. It means a lot when people take the time to write more than a standard simple comment. Your complimentary lines on snub-nosed fellow were very flattering. It is such a great fun to chase butterflies from flower to flower and an immense satisfaction to finally capture them. Recommend it to anyone willing to work on their character, he, he, he...
Of course I would like to hug you warm-heartedly for all your nice words that always make my heart melt down, Anita... I am glad my "bee" capture offered you a short moment to relax and enjoy summer colors. Stop by again

Come on Anita, why don’t you pluck up the courage and join me for a ride down the Dunajec river … I can guarantee unforgettable experience and a little bit of thrilling adventure. So great to see you popped in with your kind words. A million thanks.
Hi Anita, thanks for checking out 'Bodmin Moor Foal'. Your kind words are very much appreciated. It's great hearing from you, we've missed you and your photography....Tony.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Thanks for checking out some of my latest posts. I have not been posting or shooting much lately because of the weather. If it’s not raining it’s hot and humid.
Anita, what a surprise! Glad to hear from you again. Hope everything is okay. Thanks for taking the time to comment on my 'Where time stood still' image. Higly appreciated!

The sphinx moth is one of those critters that I have to share my tomatoes with. "Have to" really isn't the proper phrase. Make that "choose to". A couple of days later, I saw one emerge from the ground, but again, it got away before I could get a shot of the pastel pink underwing and abdomen. They are quite beautiful but more than couple of their caterpillars can lay waste to a tomato plant. Fortunately there are some cottonwoods nearby that I can carry the buggers to. Unlike the silkworm moths, instead of spinning a cocoon, they burrow into the ground and form a sort of brown chrysalis.
You may have seen one before, but mistaken it for a humming bird. They are one of three species of so called "hummingbird" moths.
Thanx so much for your kind words on With Honors, Anita. Truth be told the plane was dead silent and virtually every cheek had tears rolling down it (mine included). I think a lot of people paused for reflection that day.

Hi Anita,
How are things in Houston? Thks for stopping by 'Queen Of The Daffodils'. I had a ball in the UK. If you ever get a chance to go, do so. Maybe next year?

Good Morning Anita! I'd like to thank you for your recent comments on images in my gallery. I haven't been on caedes much lately due to the tornado damage in my area. Please forgive me for the generic message but know I appreciate your support and image contributions. Have a great day.
