Hi, Marcie! I saw your picture "yes its me, again", and I think it's a pretty image. I like the colors and the composition, but I think that the backside fractal layer is a bit much more active as an effigy and the face lose his character. Try some other variants and it will turn out bether, in my opinion.

I am sorry to hear about the flu, that must not have been fun. When you are feeling completely back and have had time to catch up with everything, let me know a little bit more about what kind of an image you want. I could take any of those ideas and run with them.

You said the mask one was creepy, and I assume that is a negative kind, but if you did like it for some reason, I can try to make a better mask. I personally wasn't proud of that mask's shape (rough edges can make it look a bit more creepy).

If you find the extra time with a camera near by, please do take more pictures, but no hurry. Hope you feel better!

Hmmm, I'm not sure about downloading decent photo editing programs...anything that could be classed as *decent* will cost you. V_V Though if you haven't already got it, I would suggest *Photo Filtre* ... It's sort of an enhanced version of Paint which lets you fiddle with the basic aspects of an image...
Can't think of anything else...erm...I suppose you could check out some of the programs listed
