I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Hi Robin,
I'm so glad you like "Pumpkin, up close." As you can tell by my gallery, I love close-ups in nature. I'm fascinated by how plants and flowers are created and the little details. Thanks again,
Tracy
Hello Robin...Many Thanks for taking the time to have a look at (Carn) and for your lovely comments, they are very much appreciated....Much of the character of the Cornish rural landscape is historic. The patterns of fields, lanes and boundaries, and the agricultural land use and property divisions they developed from, are clearly historic. Less obviously so, are the semi-natural communities, the crops and grasslands of the fields, the complexes of shrubs and herbs of the Cornish hedges, the blocks of woodlands, heath and marsh at the edges of farmland....Yes indeed we do live in a wonderful part of the world...Thanks again....All the best...Mick.
Hello again Robin.....Thankyou you so much for your comments on (Stonehenge) very much appreciated....Stonehenge is a good 3 hour drive from my home in Cornwall and I used to pass it on a regular basis..During the summer months the place is swarmed with tourists from all parts of the world...I often wonder what attracts so many people to this place...mabey one day the experts will come up with the answers...Thanks again...All the best...Mick.
Hi there Robin, many thanks for dropping by Something Sweet - for guitar_girl1000...glad you enjoyed it, though my apologies for putting the temptation just beyond your reach, however perhaps it was no coincidence you found these chocolates as ironically the brand name is Black Magic, lol...thanks again for the visit and nice comments.:Pat.
Hi Robin,

Hi Robin. Thanks for looking at "Tropicana'. I was just letting my imagination go a little. You have snow already. Wow ! We hardly ever get snow and when we do it melts real fast. I like where I live and the weather is just about the right mixture of everything but just not in great quantities. I hope you enjoy your snow. Make a snowman for me. Appreciate your comment.
How nice of you to have left incredibly warm comment... I see you are ready to try something out of the colorful buffet? Just grab the plate and help yourself. Come on! Why don’t you try the red maple leaves. Aren’t they crisp and delicious? I think I will take second helping, lol.
Words can't express my astonishment when I found your warm-hearted feedback on lake capture, Robin. I have to agree with Mimi who suggested it looks like “still life”. This is what I intended to convey: the moment of peaceful and warm afternoon at the lake. Thank you for your comment from the bottom of my heart.
Hi Robin, thank you so much for your comments about my contest photograph! It was very kind of you to leave a message congratulating me! I am so pleased my friend lent me his macro lens for the weekend! It paid off! :) Patti

Hi Robin, Thank you so much for congratulating me on the honorable mention I received in the latest contest. Just sorry for my late response, which is due to a DSL problem I am still having.
And congratulations to you, on your winning entry! I knew it was a winner :)
