Hi CSheridan12
Caedes.net only accept images with ratio 1,333 like 640x480, 800x600, 1152x864, 1280x1024 (not good ratio, but it's an exception) and 1600x1200.
Your 720x560 picture must be resized or cropped to the 640x480.
(But it's better to upload higher sizes. Nobody uses 640x480 for wallpaper for now...)
Some softwares can make it, like Photoshop or PaintShopPro. If you have no Photoshop, you can download PaintShopPro on the web (search with Google). If not, send me a Personal Message and I'll see what I can make for you. :-)
He just means this software can crop the image for you, I think. Also I noticed you asked about Alifozma's sisters other pic, I'm pretty sure it has been deleted, otherwise it would appear in Alifozma's personal gallery.
Chris - to use writing in Terragen you need to open a page in Photoshop (or Photoimpact) the same size as your Tg landscape e.g. 257*257. Make the image type Grayscale 'cos it's easier than trying to use colour! Then put some text in it - unless you want to view the writing from above you'll want it sloping, so use a gradient colour remembering black is lowest and white is highest - if you want the writing to rise up like a mountain or an island you'll need to make the background darker than the text. Flip it vertically before saving otherwise it gets mucked up, then save it as a .raw file (in Photoimpact you have to use Export... - Photoshop may just use Save As...). Then in Tg you can Load your image as a landscape. If you're anything like me your first attempt will be pants, but keep experimenting and you'll get there...... Hope this helps!
About the c-index = 0/100 of 'Vineyard in Lanzarote': When an image receives sufficient votes, the C-index is posted while starting with 0. But it is provisional, the true value is posted quickly...
Thanks for the nice comments and support on my pic. Walking lane 2 and lanzarote vineyard, I send my photos as required by Caedes.Walking lane 2 is a real existing place in my neighbourhood, again thanks for the comment.
Hi, thanks for your comment on my self portrait.... yes Jasmine is my very spoiled baby beagle. Sorry I didn't answer earlier, I thought I had for some reason...
Hi Chris! Thanks for the comment on "Electric Sky". I got very lucky on this shot. It was a point and shoot basically. I had my 35mm analogue on a tripod and just waited for the flashes. Took about 5 shots and this was the one that I actually managed to catch. Most lightning shots are taken during the night when the shutter can be left open and after the strike you close the shutter. Have you tried to catch it yourself?
well in reply to "bonnie-bell without filter" yes it was a digital camera, and it was clearer before, but im not sure what happened to it, it seems darker now and all.. like u said not so clear. i have another copy of the same picture on my computer that is much nicer, but im not gonna post an exact copy of a picture i already have.

Thanks for the comment.. About the straightness of London's roads - this one sort of follows the River Thames. Our roads in general still aren't as straight as yours though :)
Thanks for your comment on Caedes Flower -- your work is excellent as well, and I have no doubt you could have made something as good if I hadn't beat you to it :) And if you want to be in the cadre, just give a few bucks. It's worth it for such a great site :)
Thanks for taking the time to comment on Guardians of the Stone. Very much appreciated. :) That particular image began with a FraxFlame fractal which I tinkered with off-and-on for a few days in PSP8. For some reason, I prefer the effects I can get from cross-program work to those of "pure" fractals. :D
Hi Chris. Thanks for the high score and favorites on Merry Go Round. It is made initially with a program called Chaos. Then I put it through psp8 until I get what I want. Then it goes through a program called Neat Image, twice usually, to get rid of all the rough edges.
