Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill
Welcome to Caedes.net! Judging from the first image you posted, it seems as though you've got some other treasures hiding, waiting to be posted. Can't wait to see them!

Actually Daniel, I agree with your advice, I was going to see what kind of reaction I got from this style. Thanks so much for taking time to comment, anything I can get is gold.

HI Daniel: Believe me, Millie is real and I hope to spend the rest of my life enjoying her companionship because we are best buddies! I want to thank you for your most generous comments about my friend Lover Dog". Have a great day.........Neil
I appreciate your thoughts on 'Gone Fishin'. The heron was standing in a lot of loose debris and there is also a little water reflection that would be eliminated if I had blurred the background as you suggested. Thanks again.
Hi Daniel, thank you for your comments on the Wolfgangsee photograph - and yes the mountains are beautiful - they were so beautiful they made my eyes water! lol! Patti

Hi Daniel, thanks for the comments on 'the tree of life' - glad you liked it and also thanks for supporting me with regards of whether to frame or not to frame - I think I just needed some confirmation from friends that I was not being stubborn but was quite at right to display my work how I liked. hmmm - hope that made sense! lol!

Hi Daniel, that was my thought too when I was looking at the sunset yesterday. It is such a beautiful place and you can walk for about a mile looking across the English Countryside through a rocky landscape! When I first visited this location about two weeks ago - I thought "this is heaven on earth!" - such a beautiful place. I have lots of photos so will post some more. thanks for your comments. Patti

Hi Daniel, thanks for your comments on 'English country garden' - yes we could have a Caedes party couldn't we - it would have to be a garden party though - are you any good on the BBQ? :)

Daniel,
Thanks for your appreciation of In The Dark. I continue to puzzle over why I took such a pretty picture of such an ugly building. Perhaps I'll have to go back and take another one, an ugly one, just to balance my photographic karma or something. :)
Mikel.
I think you might just be right Daniel - all roads to lead to pubs - in fact we give directions by pubs - turn left at this one and right at that one! lol! thanks for your comments :) Patti

Hi Daniel, glad you like my "on Autumn's path...." photograph. Most of the trees here in the UK are just starting to turn but here and there are trees as bright orange as the one in the foreground of the photograph! Thanks for taking the time to comment. :) Patti
