Well hello there. My gosh, your brand spankin new. Your picture came up in the voting booth and attracted my attention so I checked the owner out. Excellent first post. I don't think we have too many people from Belgium so that is nice. I know of one other somewhere here on the Caedes site. This is a fun place. Hope to hear more from you.

hi frieda, thank you for stopping by to check out my work. 'a simple solution' was presented as just that...simple. it was a stripping away of bright shiny overly cluttered imagery. 'a most relaxing view' was taken in a very serene locale....had i the time, i could've spent the day there. thanks for taking the time to comment on my work, and i'm glad you liked it

I saw a needle that winked its eye.

Hi Frieda,
Thanks much for your comments on, "Yellow Bird." So glad you like that one. Isn't it shiny! I wish you could have seen the whole thing. Impossible to photograph with crowds of people around which is one reason I going for more of a close-up detail shot.
Thanks again!

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

Thanks for the comments to Snakes! Freida...If this little 'beastie' even flicked it's tongue at me ...I woulda legged it very fast!......I was once bitten by a grass snake! Not poisonous, and hardly any teeth...but it gave me a nasty suck?........
These are hard to find in the wild....they try to keep out of the way of us humans....it is only when they are surprised and about to be stood on, that they attack and bite.....this one was a part of a nesting family that a friend had shown me where they were...other wise I would never have seen them!....Appreciate the visit..........Bob

Hi Frieda- I'm so glad you stopped by and commented on 'A Fleeting Glimpse of Autumn". I do consider myself lucky to live in the country and couldn't imagine living in the city- Too noisy.I've visited several friends that live in Maryland and Virginia and my first night there it is always hard for me to get to sleep. But I love the fact that the businesses are so close at hand. Thanks again- Eileen

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to thank you for your kind comments on "September Yellow" but I do want you to know I appreciate them. I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas.
Hoi Frieda,
