Hi Tinus, glad you liked my photo "one last sip" thank you for the comment. I saw another hummer today, probaly a visitor just stopping by. The Missouri Conservation Dept. said to leave the feeders up until the end of November for the stragglers coming from the North.
My Yoyo image is another motion blur capture at the Perry Fair. The inspiration for these images came from Life magazine last year. Thanks Tinus for stopping by to view and comment on it. I'm glad you liked it.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Thanks Tinus for commenting on my squirrel picture “Crack’n Nuts”. This was my first attempt with this lens setup. The lens is a 400mm non zoom lens with a 12mm extension tube. I had to use an ISO of 800 to compensate for a very cloudy day and a non stabilized lens.
Hi Tinus, Don't think we have met before but pleased that you responded to "Oh Yeah", sunset image. That was a humdinger and I did not jazz it up. That is exactly how brilliant it was-very unusual for Louisiana. Keep in touch.

Hi Tinus, and thank you for your kind comment on "Feed me, feed me". This was an easier shot to get than it might look - the birds on Scilly are very tame and wil let you get much closer than usual, and I was using a 15x zoom. Then it was just a question of taking a lot of shots... :-)

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Tinus, thks so much for stopping by "Bayou Nezpique". It is a rarity rather than the norm for bayou water to be that clear but it certainly was on that day. The new Canon 40D doesn't hurt either. I am pleased with the results far more often than with the Canon XTi. The dynamic range capture of this camera does indeed show up in the images.

Hi Tinus,
Thks for stopping by Prudhoe Castle. I really like that shot myself. Don't understand why it only got a 66. ???? Hope I hear from you again.
