Hi and I do thank you bigtime for your comment about liking my photo called "Mountain Stream" I'm sorry that I have a difficult time with your photos. Its not that I dont appreciate the creative things people do...its just some things are a big harsh in my mind..and I dont know how to explain it too well. But we all have our own likes and dislikes in what we do and waht we like to look at...I guess that's what it amounts. I do appreciate a lot that you wrote a comment....and I'll really TRY to look at your next creation more open mindedly...verena

Thks for stopping by and viewing. That was a downpour, wasn't it? Would you believe that pontoon bridge is closed today due to flooding? Two feet of water over the surface of the bridge. Thks for stopping by and commenting. Hope I hear from you again.

Delaine,
Thanks for the swell comments regarding Scalawags, they're much appreciated. Glad you liked it. I enjoyed making it - not as messy as the typical pumpkin carving experience. Take care.

I always try to balance the light with the heavy - a few tears of human spirit in with the sequins and the fringes ~

Thanks for the comments on Hatred Within, kinda the feel I was going for. I was manically depressed when I made this... probably would have if it wasn't for my art and my bf.
Hello Delaine...Thankyou for your comments on (CHURCH)...This church is located in a small village in Aberdeenshire, Scotland...I was brought up in this small village...Thanks again...All the best...Mick.

Hi - thanks for taking the time for writing kind words on my first post to Caedes - 'Hard Work'. It was a bit of nervous time to see how it would be received :-)
chswim07 & xcski08
i remember how it was in the old days
we would go outside in the grass and lay
down next to each other where we'd stay
up all night and talk to each other this way
we used to go everywhere together
doesn't matter if it was poor or fair weather
you asked me if i'd cheat i said never
i know i messed up but i'm gonna make it better
Thank you (re Our pumpkin). We were really pleased that it ended up looking like two faces. As I etched away the pumpkin skin, it didn't look like much in the daylight at all. cheers!
Thank you for your time and lovely comments on 'Robinson Curuso Island'. This was my first shoot with a DSLR on a holiday. Your comments are good as it is helping me learn.
Thank you for commenting on "Fading Light". It's never too late to learn how to sail. I've been sailing for years now. Best thing I have ever learned up to this date.
Hi DeLaine, thanks for the feedback on the "Determined Wally" doodle,I suppose it could use a little bit more substance but I try to keep it as simple as possible (mainly because most of my paintings suck when I try to do something complex). Ilie
