Thanks for your comments on "the gift", hp - much appreciated. As for the colors - it just turned out that way - I think that sometimes the camera will catch thing that ours eyes may see but our brain does not fully decode.
Hi! thanks for that nice comment on Golden Sunset it was a great sight to see, and actually that photo was taken in a moving car so I was glad it turned out the way it did!

I'm glad you enjoyed the Cliff Dweller pics! I'm envious that you got to study archaeology, that's a field I would have loved to have the opportunity to experience! Thanks Nicola

I see yuo've been perusing my gallery! Yeah I guess you can't build many snow men in Africa! I live in the south so snow is rare for me now too, but I'd sure like to go on a safari! I'm glad you got a laugh out of my Caught on Camera shot! I thought it was funny too ; ) Thank-you for all your kind comments!

Thank you for the comment on "Jenim". yeah that cat always looks angry. she is a rather grumpy cat, but hey she is a cat and thats how they are i guess.
Nicola, thanks for your comment on "Feather Grave" I was glad to read it, you could indeed probably find a hidden symbolism in it but like you I won't throw myself into that lol. Thanks again,
Jess
Hello again! I appreciate your comments on Piering through and Give Me Your Lunch! I liked your analogy about it looking like you could walk on the water :) That little "window" drew me in as well when I went under there. Thanks again, 'Lisa
Hi Nicola! It's me that's running behind on replies this time! I've been so busy lately. I'm glad you enjoyed Moments, Thank-you. Hey don't worry about all the replies with me, I know how it is! The kind words you leave me on my pics are plenty! Thanks again-

Thank you very much for your lovely, positive comments on 'Memories of South Africa' and I'm so pleased you were able to make out the rainbow over the hinterland.
What a shame you've not yet had chance to fly down from Jo'burg and make a trip along the Cape Peninsula. Fingers crossed that some day soon, you will.
Lovely to hear from you again. I very much appreciate your comments.
and also thanx for visiting going up and that was a lucky shot have nothing to do with patience because I did not know until I saw this in full screen on my PC:))
It's funny how a simple picture can effect you isn't it Nicola? I was strolling in the swamp land and simply pointed my camera straight up into the bald sypress canopy. It really appealed to me. The thing to capturing is take plenty of pictures so that one or two shots turns out like you want. I took this at about three in the afternoon at a small aperture with about -1 Ev . It would have turned out better if I had a decent DSLR. Thanks for your nice comment on "STRETCH".

Nicola, I very much appreciate the comment you've left on my piece "Sprawling Sunlit Veins." Indeed, the photo was taken in Spring of this year, over in Arizona, United States. I happened to catch the sun shining through the tree and felt a strong urge to photograph it :)
Well, I think that I have the "bugs" out of this computer. I am using a new (to me) version of PE3 thanks for waiting & I'll try and post more often now. ;-)
