thanks John for the post on the Blue Marble Project. yes - blighty managed to squeeze in there at the top but seeing as how its a study on how mankind has ravaged his environment its probably as well we are a bit obscure :-)
Hello John,

Hi John,
It is so kind of you to say such nice words about my'peacock's tail'. I was afraid to post it fearing that everybody will take me for an aesthetically underdeveloped or handicapped person LOL I am more than happy about not being alone in my tastes in any case LOL
Thank you for your constant support which is very much appreciated !!!!
Thank you for your positive feedback on the "fall colour palette". I am glad you liked it so much. If you like the season I would like to invite you to my gallery where you can find more fall captures. Perhaps you will find something of interest.
Hey there John!! its always sooooo nice to hear from you. Thank you a million for the comments you've given me, the one about the "Ahhh the Softness" is wonderful..thank you so so much my friend!!
Hello John. Thank you very much for your enthusiastic comments on two of my butterfly shots. It´s fun, and a challenge, to chase these bugs and take these shots, especially outdoors. Papilio Memnon is shot in a Butterfly House in Stockholm and Zyagena viciae in the garden of my "summer house". The last one was of course the hardest to catch. After many hours and many blurry shots I finally came close and got what I wanted. I´m really glad you liked them.
Cheers ! -- Arne --
Thanks for all your comments on koringkriek! He is about the size of your thumb (4cm - 5cm). They are harmless, but they are known to eat their own kind if there are not enough plants to eat. They are part of the grasshopper family and can be quite a pest as there can be millions of them at one time. The roads get full of them as they come and feast on the ones that got ran over. They can't fly either. No wings like the grasshopper.
Hi John...thanks for dropping by to comment on Full of Beans!...this is now one of the oldest images in my gallery...funny how it still gets some attention from time to time, lol...glad you liked it and I appreciate your visit.:Pat.

Thank you John for the kind comments on "PhotoImagery and His Lovely Wife DiAnn ". I thought it would be nice to share who we are. Caedes has grown to be quite a community and it would be nice to have all who are willing, put a face to our on-line name.
She really does have a problem with hair under her nose, so we decided to just let it grow. Glad we did, I think it looks rather becoming.

Thanks for your comment on "Another Brick In The Wall". It's part of a wall in a very old pub (nearly 400 years old) and I thought it looked really interesting. The pub's really good too!
