Running Through The Water

My now three year old Granddaughter, Zari, had fun today running through the water at the beach. We took her to the beach in Lewes, Delaware after picking her up from daycare.

Jimbob - Thank you for faving 'Stonington Lighthouse' and 'Light'. This old lighthouse, almost miniature in scale to most others, certainly ones along the Carolina coastline, is nice due to its stone textures and colors. Being an aficionado of lights, I'm glad you enjoyed the images. Thad

This one was shot through my front window as it came up to the feeder that is off camera.
I pre focused the camera lens (Canon 100-400L) to the distance of the feeder and shot a burst of pictures every time the bird would come to the feeder hoping to get one in focus. I lucked out and got this one. The green background is actually the grass in my front yard.

My cruise only cost $199 no way would I ever spend $299 for a 4 hour tour. If it had been $29.99 I would have gone. I am the type of cruiser cruise ships hate I never buy drinks, gamble, take pricey tours, purchase from the on board shops, but I always pay gratuities to all the hardworking staff from the room steward to my waiter. I travel a lot so I got to stretch my travel dollars as far as they will go since I am not rolling in dough.
Thank goodness other people spend lots of money or else the cruise lines would go bust... sorry for $2.99 you could not even buy a soda Jim
