Thank you for your comment on (Oh Deer), June. Deer make regular appearances behind my grandparents' house, but this is the first time I've been up here with my camera. I had to fly out of the car when I pulled into the driveway and get my camera going and zoomed and focused and the light was terrible, but it was worth all the frantic struggle in the end :)

Hello June. I just looked over your gallery, and thought I'd drop you a line. You certainly have a lock on the macros, eh? I'm curious, though. What kind of camera dod you use to get such good close-ups with such a depth of field? When I get close enough to take these shots my background goes.
