Welcome To Caedes Kieth. I'm pleased you liked "Praying For Spring". But now that I look at the image, I think you may be right about his pants. PS I like your Name image, looks just like me when I was that age. Big ears and all!!
Wow what a compliment. As a matter of fact I'm working on a coffee table book, as I have time. My publisher keeps hounding me so maybe I'll finish it by spring.
Thanks for your comments on "After the Rose". They are deeply appreciated
Hello Keith. Welcome to Caedes. I love your icon. Thanks for the nice comments on my Purple Natural Fractal photo. I'm glad that you enjoyed it. This is a photo and not a manipulation.

Thank you Keith for viewing and commenting on my River Walk 3 photo. It's a nice place to walk and I'm glad that you like it. If you bring your dog, don't forget the scooper.

Funny you should bring up those posters on 'universal abstraction' maybe I had something like that in mind. The only time I put up something really strange for me is after a two night insomnia binge. It definitely seemed more 'together' at 3 am. Thanks for stopping by.
Hey Keith. You sure hit the nail on the head----Old Age Ain't for Sissies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your comment... The "Bin Your Butts" meaning you got right... However, the Slip, Slap, Slop campaign is a refrence to "Slip on a shirt, Slap on a hat, Slop on some sunscreen", a gov't funded campaign against their skyrocketing numbers of skin cancer victims... they're right under the hole in the ozone layer, and they (understandably) have the highest rates of skin cancer of any country in the world. So they're trying to raise awareness about it...
Keith I always enjoy reading what you have to say about my images. I think your talents are being wasted if you don't write, sayyyyyyyyyy a column for your local paper at least. You have great comedic wit. Also, thanks for the inspiring comments on "Picnic Anyone".

Thank you Keith for your comments on my image. I'm glad that you liked my See With Your Minds Eye photo. I didn't notice the face until I started playing around with the image and it just popped out at me.

Yeah I know I've been lax, but I think I've got a good excuse... I don't know what I'm doing! It'll take me a little while to learn the way of things around here. Thanks for the nice words and good poem, it's one of my favorites.
A big hi Keith, from Indiana just love you State. Thanks for that great comment on (Loney One) it made my day start with a big smile. Thanks again Dwight.

Hi there Keith,Thanks for commenting on "Forests Edge"..Good old Mass here is pretty cleaned up now.I still miss the aroma of the Charles river though..Your humor is a refreshing addition to the site..
Thanks, Keith, for looking at "Lotus: Reflections". Glad you liked it! It's always good to read someone's unique responses to an image - and yours always make me laugh!!! (in a good way...)
We so should be a circus act .. The whole "I show you a picture, you tell me it's awsome ...The crowd would eat it up" is brilliant... I could find a good Bearded-Lady and I know some crazy people that would be great circus acts. I have a horse that I made out of sticks that is not proportioned at all and could be one of those freak show things that we could charge 50 cents for.. it would be great. Count me in!
hahaha .. Hi Keith.. thanks for your comment on Hi Neighbours... glad you liked it (well i think you did still trying to figure that out... lol ).... They are hornets (kinda like a wasp).... dont think i'll be dipping these in chocolate.. lol... would have a bit of a sting to it... lol..
Hey Keith,
Thanks for the long feedback on "Muskoka Reflections" and for the advise on shooting larger. Unfortunatly these were earlier shots taken mid size, but I have since started to shoot full size with my camera ( 3.2MB ) Check out some of my later shots, they're bigger..........and bigger IS better ! John
Hi Keith, thanks for commenting on Maple 1. I appreciate your taking time to look and comment...glad you liked it. Yes, there are a couple of more "maples" but I'm only posting one or two images a week, so not sure when I'll get to them...Mike
Thanks for the thank-you on my user info page. I guess we really do have to stop meeting like this. ^_^ My goodness you certainly do know how to make someone laugh with your massive run on sentences and strange dialogue, your truly an interesting character. Oh and by the way I did enjoy that CURSE as you call it that went with that vaudeville fractal of yours. Thanks again for the thanks on the thanks.
Thanks Keith for your comment on Snow. I very much appreciate it. I've been thinking of posting a tutorial for a while now. I may get one done some day.
Hi Keith.. thanks for the "interesting" comment.. (always enjoy reading them.. lol).. glad you liked it... and i appreciate you breaking down the door to save the fractal.. ;)

Hi Keith, I enjoy your brainstorm comments on my ice skating ducks near the old water mill ("Winter again 4")! Regarding your anxiety for the ducks - buy a jacket filled with down and you don´t have to be worried that much. If you find a new one too expensive, take an old jacket and the content in you pillow....and yo´re ready for Aspen!
I appreciate your input. Your pointers were well taken. That wasn't actually a tree on the right it was a bunch of scrub brushes along the rivers edge. I didn't even realize I had caught those branches in there, and the picture would have looked a lot better without them. The main focal point this photo is intended to be the river, and it's soft stone blue against the evening sky. I chose it because of the ribbon effect and the contrasting colors. But I'm sure with a tree it would have been a nice photo too. Thanx. ladypariefire
Hello Keith! I want to thank you for your nice comments on my White Owl photo. I'm very glad that you liked it enough to take the time to vote and send me a comment. Sometimes these images just pop into my brain. I have an Epson scanner that has a light in the lid and a slide/film holder that lays on the scanner bed. You scan like you would as a print just select transparency as the source.

Surfing? If you want to loose all ability to reproduce. The water is very cold and is always 4 degrees below celsius. I'm sure some bored daredevils may attempt it. I don't know of anybody who has swam in it. It gets sunny about 6 days out of very summer in New Brunswick, fog is always your closest companion out of doors. But there are some good rivers for swimming so all is not lost.
Thank you very much. I'm still learning with my pictures and such, and I need a better camera. Any tips would be great. And did you say you think my picture should be bigger?
Good morning Keith, many thanks for your comments on (Supreme Authority) I love the way you bloviate. ... when you comment on an image, very entertaining. Have you ever thought about stand up comedy or anything thing like that, or maybe standing in for Bill O'Reilly on the Factor. You, you, you are good you. hahahahaha Dwight.

It took me almost two years of living there to pronounce just some of the strange names. Such as Quispamsis, Peticodiak, Chicoutami, Oromuncto, Miramachi, Richibucto, Tracadie, Chignecto, Passamaquoddy, Nashwaaksis, and Memramcook. I haven't lived there for about two and a half years now, so I forget a lot of them. But let me tell you there are some wierder ones yet. I believe New Brunswick was originally inhabited by Miqmac (mig-maw) and Malasiet aboriginal peoples. They apparently like long and funky names. Some of them sound nothing like their spelt.
Also for your comment on Angel Wings... im glad you liked it... (cant remember how i did it.. lol).. that project your talking about would be really beautiful... so get out there and do it.. i look forward to seeing it... :D
Hey Keith, thanks for your comment on (Evening Passage). I'm glad you liked the sky from those shots. One more post of the same sky coming later today...
Hello Keith, I have been looking at your images and I have to say that your work is genius - especially the stories that go with the images. With your inside knowledge on fairies, you should design covers and backgrounds for Brian Froud books!
One day I'll start making pretty pictures...
Hay Keith - I hope you didn´t dig that hole too deep...While !´m struggling with the translation of your comment on that Hay barn (Safeguarded harvest) I want to suggest you to consider this simple pattern or plan for your comments further on - Three grades: Heaven - Hell or Hay ! This will speed up the communication - It would not be neccesarry for me to buy a new dictionary, and so on.... ... Huzzah??
Glad to hear from you again, Keith..
Hello Keith. I'm glad that you liked my Macon Sunset 11 photo. Thank you for viewing and commenting on my image. I had to use an EV -2 exposure to adjust for the intense light.

Hi Keith. Thanks for the good ideas about the cameras. I might just do that and see if it might be a marketable idea. Thanks for your witty comments on "Falls' Last Hoorah". I appreciate them. I always know where I can go for a good chuckle.

Hi, Keith, thanks for taking a look at Almost Winter and making time to comment. Very happy that you liked the shot. We get a lot of foggy mornings in the Cuyahoga Valley, so I get a certain amount of practice shooting in the mist...Mike
