"Pity? It was pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many."- "I wish the Ring had never come to me.
I wish none of this had happened..." "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."-Gandalf
Glad you decided to enter the medieval ruins tourist route with me. I see stronghold in Mirow caught your attention. The strongholds are situated in the Jurrasic Upland, Poland. Well-blended into the rocky hills, towering over the sourranding villages, they are most popular among tourists. Thank you for your nice words. I hope you will follow the series.
Thanks Kevin for stopping by to view and comment on my Redtail Hawk image. After I took this photo, this beautiful bird tried to move to a new perch and lost his balance. It was sad to see him flopping around on the limb tring to get his footing with only one good wing. I appreciate your support of this image.

If my comment on your work ever seems to criticise, it does not. It is always so that we may learn together.
Thank you for the kind words on "Summer by the Gazebo". I'm not sure about all of Missouri, but the neighborhoods by where I live do have their fair share of gazebos. The great thing about them is that in any season, they look beautiful. Thanks again!
Hi Kevin: Thanks for your comments on "Desert Sunrise". There are so many beautiful places to photograph in Oregon, but the Painted Hills keep drawing me back. Spring after spring. If you get a chance, go you won't regret it. The best time to be there is the spring, especially May.

Hi again Kevin...your comment on my yellow sunset means a lot to me. I think Oregon has some of the most awesome sunsets!! Its always new and exciting and fills me with awe every time I see another one. I had to stop my car for that one, and crop out the hiway..hehe...it was dark out but I was happy it looked ok. Hey when ya gonna come on over? and we can chat a bit? would love that. You would love to scout around and take some pics here I think..hehe.By the way, Yes I have seen the sky during a wildfire. In fact, I happened to be visiting Montana when that HUGE fire broke out..it was just so amazing. It was frightening too..and yes, you are so right about that "holy" feeling when it comes to sunset..I agree for sure....V
