Hello Michael, I just dropped by to say thank you for your comments about “Dusky Blades”. I drove past that windmill frequently waiting for the right evening to get my photo. I’m pleased you enjoyed the result.
Hello Michael, hope you will forgive me, but this message is pretty well canned and much the same for everyone who responded to my image "As The Seasons Change" and “At The Giants Feet". I’m stuck in a very tight schedule at work and have been putting in as many as 35 hrs overtime each week for going on a month now. Even though this is a generic thank you, it doesn’t mean that I don’t appreciate each comment, it’s just that I have very limited time and not enough of it to respond individually. For all that asked particular questions, I will try to leave an answer at the end of this post. For those who left comments some time ago, please accept my apology for being so late in responding.
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUING SUPPORT OF MY IMAGES .IT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME.
Thanks for you lovely compliment on "Six a.m.", Michael - somehow the church tower looks even more ornate in silhouette than it does in more normal lighting...
Hello Michael. Thank you for your query about “Dunbogan”. The body of water top right is a shallow inlet with beaches that are underwater at high tide. The things in the water are oyster leases.
Michael, thanks for your comments on Maine Sky With Eiders. I took a quick run through your Monhegan shots and they look great...some perspective in there I can learn from for my next visit. Will get back for more detailed comments this weekend.
Regarding 30 vs. 10 miles, the pic was taken fro mthe end of the dock, and Pt. Clyde is more or less in the center. Based on some careful looking at maps, I'm reasonably sure the far away landform on the right of the photo is Vinylhaven...which is a bit farther off then Pt. Clyde.
Thanx for the nice comment on my waterfall tree roots...yup, nat'l parks are grand places to see kewl stuff. We are fortunate to have them thats for sure
Hi Michael
Thanks for you nice comment on "onion".
You are right i wanted to create an Italian/France atmpohere in it.
But in fact i shoot this one at home on my roofgarden..hope you aint dissapointed now..grinn.
Thanks for youir nice comment on Blondie.. He is such a sweet little guy.. He just loves to tease me and get his picture taken.. I truly appreciate your time..
Thank you very much for your positive feedback on the "cathedral in Frombork". I know about the horizon line. It would be better if it was a little bit higher. We would see more of the coast and the bay in the background. Unfortunately it depended on the tower from which I took the shot.
Hi Michael...thanks a lot for the positive feedback on 3 - in - 1...glad you liked it well enough for your favs and I appreciate the generous marks you gave it.:Pat.
thanks for the comments on fresh snow, but i dont think i'll upload the colour version. i shot it as a jpg (so i cant adjust temperature later) and the only colour was a bit of cyan in a few parts of the snow, which really made the shot less interesting because you realized how little colour there really was, and cant use your imagination as much as with b&w
Hi Michael, many thanks to you for stopping by to view "An Array of Splendor"! You may visit anytime for a little shading! I would like that! Smiling, Sincerely, Marilyn
Hey, thanks for peeking at my Gull Rock shot. Monhegan and the whole Maine coast is a cool place, doing mighty battle with Colorado for first place on my list of best spots on the planet. I sorta envy you living close to there. If it weren't about a 14 hour drive, I think we'd visit 4-5 times a year. No end of things to see and experience.
Hi Michael
Thanks for your nice comment on "Rachid ( boy from Taourirt )
glad you like it.
And yes you are so right this boy had an old man's face.
But I know his family and he is just a lucky boy who had enough chances to play and have a normal childhood.
Alright, hot-shot, that's enough lip from you! I challenge you to a snowball fight. Meet me behind the preschool at 2:25 if you are any better than a coward.
Thank you very much for your nice comment on in the village of "Golden Stream" I am glad you liked it. I am going to upload more golden captures if you are interested. Stay tuned.
Glad you visited sunblessed. Your nice words are much appreciated my friend. This was the only moment when I could see the sun. And my plans were so ambitious - I went for a trip to Czersk, in the neighbourhood of Warsaw to visit a medieval fortress. The weather was terrible.
Michael Congratulations ! Your second image, the one we all reccommended, got onto the calender !! Good for you ! I was so happy for you when I saw the calender, I just chuckled.

Hello Michael. Thank you for visiting my gallery. I am very glad you liked my tiger-lily.
About the image... well, it was uploaded about two weeks ago but considering the amount of uploaded photos per day I think it's normal to have so little responses... The galleries are huge. Anyways, I hope other people will find it eventually and enjoy it. Thanx again. :]

Hello Michael! Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on my Mill Flume 2 image. I'm glad that you found this enjoyable. This was taken by holding the camera above the water. The objects under the water are coins.

Howdy from Arizona! Thanks for taking a look at 'Itchy or Scratchy' - sorry I didn't record ISO, but it was < 200; F3.2, 1/125. I have another hummer photo here that you might like: 'Hummer on a shell'. And I noticed you have a lot of landscapes in your 'favorites', let me know what you think my 'Timelessness'. Thanks again ..... !
Hi Michael; Many Thanks for your comments on "Busch Stadium" (Bush) Made the corrections and a Wide Angle Lens is on my wish list Take Care, Bob BobZee.
Hi Michael: Thanks for the comments on "Side Street" I wasn't looking for a Photo Shoot on this day, but saw the street, had the camera and well you know how it is, things happen. Take Care, BobZee
Hello Michael! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my images from the Acadia area. I realized I had the spelling wrong a while back but haven't had the time to correct my error. Thanks for the tip. I've made the changes. I appreciate your support. We didn't do any hiking because my wife had some knee problems and only drove the coast road.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Hey again...thanks this time for having a look at "Heart Spring"...this spring is actually in Upper Geyser Basin (the one with Old Faithful). The one you're thinking about is West Thumb Geyser Basin.
Michael - Thank you for faving 'Cadillac Mountain Sunrise reworked'. From Maine, you know the beauty of Acadia. This sunrise emerged from dense fog, seen 'rolling back' in the photo, making a remarkable and memorable sunrise scene. Thad
Kia Ora Michael, thank you for your kind words on Shade Snow & Sun. The location is Lake Benmore in the Waitaki Valley, South Island, New Zealand. LE :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
