I'm jealous of you being your age and having traveled as widely as you have. Your photo, "le lac d'Annecy" caught my eye, since I am a fan of digit_elie who also shot this lake, but when I followed the link what, to my surprise did I find but your cache of beauty. Tell me, were all your France photos shot during the same trip, or have you gone several times? Regardless, take it from an ole guy who waited too long to start - don't stop traveling and appreciating the beauty in the world.
By the way I think "Dusk" is your best piece. Its simplicity is its strength. The three subjects in the photo balance each other, and the sharp gilt on the cloud is something I've been trying to shoot ever since I saw a cloud outlined that way years ago. Somehow I just never have the camera with me when that shot presents itself. Keep the great shots coming.
Liz, thanks for taking the time to go through more of my pictures! I am glad that you liked my shots of Rome. This was the first place in Europe that I visited when I left home - and I have only just returned from seeing it again. It never disappoints. Regards. M
Wellcome to Caedes and enjoy your time when you are with us.
I like your Caedes icon.
