Thank you for nice comments and useful tips on “Deer” - much appreciated. I was a little bit nervous getting to close to deer that is why I didn't try crouching down. On another hand the sky that day was looking rather dull but thanks for suggestions any way. Next time I’ll try be more relaxed. Thank you again for stopping by.
Hi Malev ! Thanks so much for your great comments on my image Centurian. So you saw sea horses & a sea shell ? I like your imagery ! I really appreciate your input & hope you'll stop by again ! BTW, I'm really glad you liked it !

Hello, thanks for your comment on my lavender sky, you're so kind! I could send you a picture of my front garden, but it's to artificial, I prefere wild and natural. We have the best of both sides! One of these days I will post another one from the backyard, I am watiting for the right weather conditions! Take care.
woohoo commentin agAIN. yeah thanks for your awesome words on "After the Rain" Part of the blue was intentional...other part...ah bad camera...glad you liked it!
I'm thrilled you like my image titled Quiet. I blurred the background but not the flower itself. That's the way it came off the camera - just a little blurry in the bottom front. Thanks for taking the time to comment!!

Thanks for your kind remarks on my posting. You wrote "Perfect mate. It almost looks like a staged shot (CGI or physical props) its so well photographed."
I can assure you that, evidence by my pants soaked to the knees, that I had to do a bit of wandering in the deep snow to get the angle I was looking for! It was literally a roadside shot. One of those scenes you might otherwise drive by...but was good enough to hit the brakes and go back for with the camera.
Thanks for your nice comment on Painted Rainier. Took the photo with a Fujifilm Finepix 4800. I did some contrast adjustment using levels in Photoshop, but only to balance it so that the trees weren't too dark and the sky wasn't too washed out. Glad you enjoyed it. Cheers!
Hey...I really appreciate you taking the time to leave such nice words on 'Requital To Desire'...thank you! I didn't know for sure about the light on the rim of the glass, so I'm really pleased you like it!
Thanks for the nice review on 'No Need For Words', I really appreciate it! That was one of those lucky, last minute shots...just glad I happened to glance out the window!
Thanks again!

Lots of appreciation on the very kind remarks on 'It Was Lonely There'...thank you! That was the color, and with some parts being faded, I just decreased the color a bit so that the highlights would be a touch 'brighter'.
Thank you again!

Hello Thomas. Thanks for your nice words on my last forests photos. Interesting to think at the perspectives. The other walkers were thinking "what is he doing???" ;-)
Hi Thomas!! Thanks so much for the really nice words you left for 'Robed In Forenoon Light And Shade', I sure do appreciate it and I'm delighted you like it!!

Re Church in Tara: Such things happen that we do not see items that we are not prepared and/or ready to see and this is quite normal. Something worse [and distantly connected with the problem of eyes and vision] happened to me during a late night walk with Boris the dog who almost two years old at that time was supposed to behave perfectly according to the rules for a decent dog. I was just taking a series of his zoomed photographs as he was apparently sniffing something in the bushes [ I could not see his face at all ..]. At home viewing the pictures on the computer I realised that he ate half a loaf of "own hunted" old dry bread in the meantime enjoying being left in peace by me !!!!
Hi Thomas! Thanks so very much for the kind words you left for 'Leaving The Memories Behind', I truly appreciate it and am really happy you like it!

Hello Tom, many thanks for viewing "Party Treat"! I appreciate you liking and commenting on my image! It pleases me a great deal, and I hope you will make return visits, as I would enjoy that very much! Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks for the compliment Thomas. I'd love to say that I specifically planned to shoot it when the stone would be damp, but of course it was pure serendipity. I was there at the ruins for about 15 minutes late one afternoon last December, and it happened to be damp. It does add to the feeling of the image, I agree. Regards, Muiz
Thanks so much, Thomas, for the comment you left for 'Abundance', I really appreciate the kind words and I'm very pleased to hear you like it!

Thanks Thomas im so glad you liked Road Of Purple... it is a personal favourite of mine, this is not far from where I live, every October these trees are in full bloom for only a couple of weeks so I have to get out there at a certain time... in the afternoon sun everything around there takes on a purple hue to it, very beautiful to see...

Hi Thomas! Oodles of thanks for the most kind comment you gave for 'Transition'....I sure do appreciate it and I'm really pleased that you like it! I don't do any manips on the lighting, I usually have my camera with me and if something catches my eye I try to take the picture like I'm seeing it...which means I usually only end up with 2 good shots out of 100! lol!
Thanks again!
