Many thanks for your comment on "Salyut-7", Marina. I traded some stamps for this medal from Georgi Grenchkov when he visied the US in the late 80's. He was the oldest Kosmononaut to goe into space.
Many thanks Marina for your kind comment on "Swan II"! It's an honor to know that you've Fav'ed it! Re your question, yes! These are the changes I made using Photoshop: increased the blue tone of the pic to dramatize the water, increased the saturation to make it more vivid, and increased (only slightly) the contrast to make the bird "stand out".
Hi Marina
Thanx 4 your generous comment on "The royal visit #2" I've enjoyed all the comments nice folk like you have made. Hang around for #5 I think it's my personal best. :o)
Have a nice day .. Phil
Thanks for stopping by "Sloe Gin Fizz". The tree on the left is a pear tree that bloomed about a week later. Unfortunately, a violent spring storm damaged the blossoms of pear tree before I got a picture of them.
Many thanks for your comment on "Cellarium", Marina. I loved the way the light played and the moss added a splash of color. It took an 8-second exposure to get the DOF. I'm a sucker for stone arches, as well.
Thanks Marina for your nice comment on "Sea Spray" the ocean water on the Island was crystal clear and a lovely shade of aquamarine blue mixed with emerald green. Grand Turk BWI stands for British West Indies. You sure do have a pretty kitty I am a sucker for cats.
Hi Marina, many thanks for stopping by my gallery and leaving such kind, warm words on ~MBG 4~ & ~happy day~. I love to shoot flowers. Your visit is deeply appreciated. Drop by anytime :=)
Many thanks for your comment on "Old Meets New". Marina. Newcastle is steeped in historical structures. It began as a Roman settlement. One can even find sections of Hadrian's wall there today.
Good Morning Marina! I'd like to thank you for your recent comments on images in my gallery. I haven't been on caedes much lately due to the tornado damage in my area. Please forgive me for the generic message but know I appreciate your support and image contributions. Have a great day.
